If a client needs to cancel an appointment for any reason we ask for 24 hour notice before their scheduled appointment. For their convenience, we provide a confirmation call 48 hours prior to their appointment. Please advise the Joule Salon if there have been any changes to you contact information.
Pricing is based on level of experience, education, demand of time and product used to perform each service. Pricing is subject to change if additional time and product is needed. If clients have any questions on pricing, then we encourage you to ask your stylist for pricing prior to your service.
Our goal is to provide personalize attention to each client. Our salon is intimate can only accommodate those clients receiving services. We ask that all guests not receiving services to wait in the reception area.
Gift certificates do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash.
We ask that all phones be set on vibrate before entering the salon as a courtesy to other clients. We strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere.

Gratuities are not included in the service or gift certificate purchases. Envelopes are provided at the front desk for tips in the form of cash. For your convenience tipping on the credit card is accepted.
