Service Policy

We strive for all of our clients to be satisfied with their service. Therefore our policy on a redo is;

  • Please call within 10 days of your service(s) for any changes that they may require.
  • We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you.
  • There will be a $25 product fee for any color redo.
  • If at any time a client feels they would like to try a different stylist for their service or correction, then we support them and can recommend another stylist.
  • If a client has a correction with a level upgrade client will pay the difference in price. The owner does not do a redo of another stylist. A client may book a correction with Owner at full price.

Product Policy

  • 14 DAY RETURN POLICY
  • Receive 100% refund for unopened/unused products. Refunds will be processed in the form original payment was made.
  • PAST 14 DAYS OR OPEN PRODUCTS THAT THE CLIENT DECIDES THEY DON’T LOVE
  • Receive 50% refund as account credit on a gift card
  • Returns on hairdryer, curling and flat irons must be returned within 14 days. Returned items must be in original box.

Appointments

  • We recommend that clients make all appointments in advance to secure time and stylist availability. New Clients should arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment for a consultation.
  • We can only hold a late appointment for 15 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

If a client needs to cancel an appointment for any reason we ask for 24 hour notice before their scheduled appointment. For their convenience, we provide a confirmation call 48 hours prior to their appointment. Please advise the Joule Salon if there have been any changes to you contact information.

Pricing Disclaimer

Pricing is based on level of experience, education, demand of time and product used to perform each service.  Pricing is subject to change if additional time and product is needed. If clients have any questions on pricing, then we encourage you to ask your stylist for pricing prior to your service.

Guest Policy

Our goal is to provide personalize attention to each client. Our salon is intimate can only accommodate those clients receiving services. We ask that all guests not receiving services to wait in the reception area.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates do not include gratuities and are not redeemable for cash.

Cell phones

We ask that all phones be set on vibrate before entering the salon as a courtesy to other clients. We strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the service or gift certificate purchases. Envelopes are provided at the front desk for tips in the form of cash. For your convenience tipping on the credit card is accepted.
